Lawrence Planners, L.L.C. providing meeting planning services to associations. Our services include meeting planning, registration, and exhibit & sponsorship management.

Whether your event is small or large, you will gain the resource of our entire staff, ready to consult and collaborate on your conference. Our qualified and professional team becomes an extension of your organization. Since the company started, we have expanded and now work in cities throughout the country and projects internationally.

We have built long-standing client relationships based on trust and experience. Several of our clients have worked with us for over 20 years. We offer solutions to our clients’ meeting, sponsorship, exhibit, and registration needs. Whether it be exhibit hall traffic flow, food and beverage budget concerns, restructuring your agenda, or increasing sponsorship revenue goals, we offer ideas and work in a partnership with our clients.

In 1997, we established Atlantic City’s first Destination Management Company by launching Destination AC. An affiliate company that offers local expertise in developing customized programs for groups holding their conventions in Atlantic City. We have expanded to Philadelphia and changed our name to Destination Philly AC. We are a member of the DMC Network and the only accredited DMC in both NJ and PA.

As former hoteliers, we are capable of communicating efficiently and effectively with our hotel partners to ensure a successful conference experience for everyone. Creating successful events is the sole purpose of our business and continues to be our main focus. Our team of event professionals are ready to tackle any challenge that is presented to them.
